I could not have had a WORSE experience at the Linq. Mangement (Kit and Juanita in particular should be completley ASHAMED of themselves, the lack of compassion and disrespect they showed me was incredibly DISGUSTING and down right inhumane) Booked with Booking.com, confirmed with booking.com, After a 4AM start and 12 hour flight I go to check in and was told by the "staff" (Dororthey, should ALSO be reprimanded for her *** "customer service") Waited for close to 45 minutes to check in with my father, who went before me and was asked if he wanted to upgrade his booking for additional costs, and then when I tried to check in minutes later only to be told the booking was cancelled with Booking.com, although the booking was still very much confirmed with Booking.com who advised they had in fact not cancelled the booking (I have this confirmed in wrtiting from booking.com), it was the Linq that cancelled the booking, even though Juanita, Kit and Dorothey told me, aggressively, it was in fact Booking.com who cancelled and was told they had sold out, even though Dorothey minutes before had tried to upsell my father. Bookings were still available on Trivago, even when i showed this to Juanita she told me there was nothing they could do to help me, this is when she called in her "manager' Kit who was incredibly rude and agressive, and offered absolutely no help, and when I became upset walked off and told me to leave. Without trying to help a single bit I was literally left homeless (at 8pm after attempting to check in at 4pm) This left me in a really difficult situation and left me out of pocket over $1000.00 AUD due to their incompetence and lies. My parents were not over happy with the hotel itself (I was fortunate/unfortunate not to experience the "amenities" at the "hotel" but was advised the hotel itself felt, dark, dingey, tired and unkept. There is literally a running stream of sewage water through the garage. Do yourself a favour, stay somewhere more reputable like Treasure Island who actually made my stay in Vegas nice. Seriously, Kit, Juanita and Dorothey need some SERIOUS training in empathy and customer service. Completely disgusting!

Hi, Last week we stayed one night at the Linq hotel in Vegas. Reservation was made under the name of Susana González. By mistake, we paid the parking ticket before doing the check out, so we've been charge the cost of the parking twice. If you want to verify it, I can send you the receipt. Incidental fees - release from credit card

User's recommendation: Try to resolve any issues with the hotel while you were there and have access to management. Otherwise it will be impossible to get in touch with anybody.

Deposit amount charged twice instead of being returned

I stayed at the hotel from the 16th to the 20th of October. At the check in, I was asked to debit the amount of 181,20$ on my card. On the 20th, at check out, the lady at the reception said that she had returned the deposit amount. However, when I arrived home, I noticed on the card statement, that not only was not returned to me, but I was charged again for the same amount. So, I was wrongly charged for the amount of 362,4$. I made the complaint, but up to now I had no answer form the Hotel. And it is very difficult to contact the Hotel! Terrible service!

l had very bad experience in linq hotel 1st there were bugs in my roon n shower..tried to escape l felt down...2nd the manager offers me a room that was occupied by others and l was trying to enter, they were inside...l told the manager he was really very rude. l often travel to Vegas it's the first time having an issue like that.

Unhappy with quality of room

I recently stayed at the linq hotel, which was one of the worst experiences. The AC thermostat didn't work, the bathroom had parts missing and the bathroom door wouldn't open or close. To do either one we'd have to force it. The room keys work on and off to get into the room or to operate the elevator. We got stuck in the parking structure a few times because the lever to get out wouldn't read our card. It was so disappointing, to say the least.

Charge on credit card after checkout

Hi we stayed 14 nights with you from sept24th to 8th oct in the fantastic 20024 room number. We had a twin king room voucher but as hotel was full last room available was 20024 we were told. After arriving home to england I found a charge of £799.12 from Linq hotel front desk on my credit card. Please could you explain to me what this was for please. I had 14days car parking paid and resort fees per day. Just need invoice or something to explain cost on card please. Kind regards Terry Long

I've been at the link hotel since the 31st of July I've not received any housekeeping I've asked for it every single day I've they charge me $476 for incidentals when I thought I was only going to pay $136 I would like my money back I hope I get my money back because this was a horrible horrible experience

The lights in my bathroom did not work. Worked the first time then we continued to try it and it did not turn on. We had to shower in complete darkness The first night then had to shower in our friends bathroom the second. None of the outlets worked and had to get ready on the ground or in the other small bathroom with no space. We called 3 times throughout the day, the first two times saying someone would be sent up and the last time no one even answered. We loved the linq in the past but really unhappy with our last stay - nonetheless it was my birthday weekend and we specifically paid more for the suite and it wasnt even worth it.

Hello, My name is mikkayla. I booked a reservation at your hotel the linq, and when I got there my hotel room was cancelled I asked to rebook and they said the hotel was already full. I booked my room a month in advance for my birthday trip. I had to go to a different hotel and book and spend more money on my birthday. I just want to get my refund from this hotel. Ive been trying to contact your customer service desk abs no one has been answered. Its ridiculous and unprofessional. Im very frustrated because Ive been trying to get my refund for this room for the last 2 weeks.

We checked in on Monday April 9th, 2022 and ask for a early check in because our flight got in at 630am. So when checking in to the LINQ we ask the desk receptionist if we could have an earlier check in. She said we couldnt unless we upgraded to a Jr. mini suite. So we decided to do that. When we checked in, we were charged $25 more a day for the mini suite and in top of that we had an early check in fee of $50. This is insane! This hotel is clean but nothing fancy compared to the other hotels in the area. We are military and were told we had to ask for the military rate at booking. We booked through the hotel and this was not mentioned as an option. For what we ended up paying I doubt I come back to the LINQ. Really frustrating and disappointing experience. And this was our first time in Vegas. This whole experience did not sit well with me.

User's recommendation: If your looking for pool, this isn’t it. It is 21 and older, not for families. Very small and crowded. Room clean. Next time will spend my money elsewhere. Reservations were confusing. Resort fee cost almost as much as higher end hotels and you get way less. My first time in Vegas, disappointing.
